Geneva Roy is a Bar Course student at the Inns of Court College of Advocacy, and is an Inner Temple Scholar. Geneva completed her LLM at UCL last year, focusing on competition law, private international law and public international law. Her independent research considered the viability of the UK collective active regime in providing collective redress against Big Tech.Prior to starting her postgraduate studies, Geneva completed her bachelor’s degree in Philosophy, Politics and Economics at the University of Oxford, followed by the Graduate Diploma in Law at City University of London.
