UCL is committed to working in partnership with its students to place students at the heart of decision making and help to improve their experience while studying here.
The Staff-Student Consultative Committee (SSCC) is a chance for students to air their views about all aspects of student life at UCL, including teaching, student experience and the Department in general. For each of our degree programmes we have student representatives whose job it is to collects any comments or suggestions from their peers and present them at the two SSCC meetings that are held each year. Aside from student reps, the meeting is also attended by the Head of Department (Chair), the Departmental Tutor, the Ancient World Tutor and the Departmental Careers Advisor.
