Focus Area 2C – Manufacture

This focus area aims to develop guidelines for improved off-site manufacturing practice in the pre-cast industry, for components manufactured using different levels of automation.

Description

MCM tends to be focused on productivity, neglecting their potential to implement circularity, which differs depending on the level of automation.

The team will develop guidelines for improved off-site manufacturing practice in the pre-cast industry, for components manufactured using different levels of automation.
