Daoist Cooking through the Four Seasons

4 November 2014

A practical workshop with Professor Qian Feng, Guangzhou University of Chinese Medicine, Wed 19 Nov 6–9pm, repeated on Sat 22 Nov 2:30–5:30pm. Includes a talk by Vivienne Lo.

Professor Qian is on the committee of the China Music Healing Sub-Optimal Health Centre, and Programme Director of the Commission of Medical Care and Rehabilitation of the Elderly. From an early age, he received training in Daoist Medicine, transmitted through his family.

In this workshop, Professor Qian will explore and share simple, practical methods for maintaining good health, drawing on Daoist medical and culinary principles and using local, seasonal ingredients.

Normal price: £36 per workshop. All profits will go to the Shen Foundation.

There are also five free places for UCL students (first come, first served!).
