Paediatric Physiotherapy: Module list and degree structure

This page will provide you with information for both the Advanced Physiotherapy: Paediatrics (MSc/PGDip/PGCert) and the Physiotherapy Studies: Paediatrics (MSc/PGDip/PGCert).

Advanced Physiotherapy: Paediatrics (MSc/PGDip/PGCert) 

  • To complete the 180 credits for an MSc, you will do five core taught modules, plus your dissertation. You will then choose three optional taught modules, from the list below.
  • To complete the 120 credits for a PGDip, you will do five core taught modules and choose three optional taught modules, from the list below.
  • To complete the 60 credits for a PGCert, you will do four of the five core taught modules

Physiotherapy Studies: Paediatrics (MSc/PGDip/PGCert) 

  • To complete the 180 credits for an MSc, you will do four core taught modules (excluding the Clinical Education module), plus your dissertation. You will then choose four optional taught modules, from the list below.
  • To complete the 120 credits for a PGDip, you will do four core taught modules (excluding the Clinical Education module) and choose four optional taught modules, from the list below.
  • To complete the 60 credits for a PGCert, you will do four core taught modules (excluding the Clinical Education module).
