About the facility

UCL Genomics facility

UCL Genomics is a collaborative research facility with expertise in state-of-the-art genomics technologies, genomics project design and data analysis. Operational for over 15 years, this core facility uses the most up-to-date equipment to support your genomic research requirements. UCL Genomics forms part of the Genetics and Genomic Medicine programme at the UCL Great Ormond Street Institute of Child Health and is housed in the newly opened Zayed Centre for Research into Rare Disease in Children.

Highly experienced application specialists offer full support at every stage from optimal experimental design to data analysis. We welcome collaborations and can assist with grant applications, data analysis and data curation.

We work closely with the Pathogen Genomics Unit (PGU) and Queen Square Genomics Facility.
