19 - 20 November 2020 – This course will teach a practical approach to diagnostic neuropathology for children. Focussing on the major clinical problems in diagnostic practice, the course will cover the key clinical questions and a pathological approach to answering them, including the use of advanced techniques (e.g. molecular testing).

The course will be delivered by experts from Great Ormond Street Hospital in oncology, neuroscience, neuropathology and molecular testing.
You will learn a diagnostic approach to neurosurgical biopsies from children and to the post-mortem examination of the nervous system in children.

The course is for post-graduate trainees and consultants in specialist pathology, particularly neuropathology, paediatric pathology and forensic pathology but may also appeal to those in general histopathology, neurology and neurosurgery.
