Having been at ICH for >15 years but previously in DBC programme, with my current role as CRIO and DRIVE Director I have now transferred to PPP. The seminar will give a brief overview of my background and academic interests but will predominantly focus on new opportunities with data and analytics through the DRIVE concept with PPP. 

About the Speaker

Prof Neil Sebire

Professor of Pathology at UCL ICH PPP

I am Professor of Pathology at GOSH/ICH and also the Chief Research Information Officer and Director of the Digital Research, Informatics and Virtual Environment unit (GOSHDRIVE).  I am a clinical academic with research interests including complications of pregnancy, stillbirth and infant death but with current research and academic interests focused around the impact of digital technologies on healthcare and related research. GOSHDRIVE represents the combination of how a digital research environment for healthcare, with collaboration between clinical professionals, academia, computer scientists and industry partners, can work together for common healthcare benefit.
