Room bookings

All roombookings are made via UCL's CMIS Go system. Further information can be found on UCL's roombooking pages:

• Meeting rooms not available through CMISGo (but via Outlook calendars) and only available for GOS ICH staff:
  There are two meeting rooms on the 6th floor, Wellcome Trust Building that can be booked by staff occupying the floor, as well as the departmental admin teams:

  * Both rooms are set up Boardroom style and cannot be set up in any other way.
  ** This means it can be used for Teams hybrid meetings (not Zoom).

• The GOS ICH Departments also have a bookable meeting room (not avai;able throuhg CMISGo); please speak to your departmental admin team for more information on how to book these.

• Roombookings for GOSH and GOSH Charity staff: contact roombookings@ucl.ac.uk with your request.

• Portering services: our local portering team can help set up rooms and poster boards for events run and booked by GOS ICH and IGH staff only. Email ich.porters@ucl.ac.uk detailing the date, time and room set up required. NB. The local portering team do not have the capacity to assist other UCL Dept or external visitors; they will need to specify with UCL roombookings their portering requirements as this is covered by a central portering team.

• AV and IT equipment in GOS ICH meeting rooms and lecture theatres: our meeting rooms allow for either hybrid teaching or hybrid meetings. A list of what Audio Visual and IT equipment is available in the ICH Main Building (covering PUW meetings rooms and the lecture theatres) can be found below:

UCL Hospitality

ZCR Catering

If you are planning an event in ZCR that requires hospitality and catering services, please bear in mind that this service is provided internally within ZCR and you should make your request using the contact details below. ZCR Hospitality can provide a range of hot/cold drinks, breakfast, lunch and evening services.
