UCL staff meeting a student

The Faculty office provides support to institutes with their student recruitment marketing. The Faculty team can provide guidance and training on the creation of effective marketing materials and use of UCL's marketing tools, such as Hobsons. They will also advise you on how and where to spend your marketing budget with external providers such as Prospects.

For advice and general information on marketing your programmes, please contact the Faculty Student Recruitment Marketing Officer.

Virtual recruitment events

Virtual recruitment events are a great way to reach students who are unable to attend campus events. If you would like to host an event, please contact the Faculty Student Recruitment Marketing Officer

External (paid-for) marketing

The Faculty team can help you identify which agencies and channels of advertising are best suited to the audiences you are hoping to reach. They can also help you negotiate packages that suit your budget. Please contact the Faculty Student Recruitment Marketing Officer for advice on digital advertising.

Marketing on brand

It is important that we adhere to UCL's branding and house style in all marketing materials. This is to ensure consistency in messaging and brand. Find out more about UCL's Brand, along with some more tips on marketing your programmes, using the guides below.
