Susan is inspirational, always helpful and conscientious. We have had a really difficult year in the Department due to an acute shortage of staff and this has put huge pressure on everyone. Through it all Susan has done her best to be positive and has always been there to support her Team when support was needed, even though she was sometimes in need of support herself. She never asks anyone to do something that she would not do herself and leads by example. She is extremely hard working, but Susan’s best quality is that she is kind to everyone, and because of this she tends to bring the best out in people.
