About us
We were established in January 2018 as part of EDI, to develop mentoring across UCL institutes within Faculty of Population Health Science.
The following institutes are members of the FPHS cross-institute mentoring initiative: Great Ormond Street Institute of Child Health, Institute of Clinical Trial and Methodology, Institute for Global Health, Institute of Health Informatics, Elizabeth Garrett Anderson Institute for Women's Health, Institute of Epidemiology and Health Care, Institute of Cardiovascular Science and Cancer Institute.
AIMS and OBJECTIVES
- Promote awareness of mentorship and its benefits for mentors and mentees
- Develop and provide training where needed
- Help to establish and maintain positive mentorship relationships
The scheme is open to all staff, inc. academic, research, teaching, ECR and professional services, and to PhD students from 2nd year onwards
