As part of our Athena SWAN initiative, the Department of Chemistry and the UCL Equality Team have come together to provide a 2-hour workshop on bullying and harassment in the workplace.

‘Where do you draw the line?’ is a harassment prevention approach collaboratively developed by UCL and the Universities of Cambridge, Manchester and Oxford.

There are two sessions available:

The lead facilitator is Fiona McClement, Equality, Diversity and Inclusion Manager at UCL. Fiona has over 7 years’ experience working on harassment and bullying issues and delivering training at the university and is extremely familiar with the distinct working culture in higher education.

These workshops are open to all staff within the department.
