2022 Chemistry Lab Dinner
It is a pleasure to invite you to the annual Thomas Graham Lecture and Chemistry Lab Dinner on the 25 November 2022. We are thrilled to be able to hold these events again.
The Thomas Graham Lecture will be presented by Professor Andy Beale, this year’s recipient of the Royal Society of Chemistry’s 2022 Materials Chemistry Division Mid-Career Peter Day Award.
Andy is a Professor of Inorganic Chemistry, Group leader at the Research Complex at Harwell, Chief Scientific Officer & co-owner of Finden Ltd and a management group member of the EPSRC-sponsored UK Catalysis Hub. His interests lie in establishing structure-function relationships in materials, including catalytic solids and energy storage materials as a function of both time and space using X-ray & optical spectroscopic and scattering methods applied under in situ and operando conditions.
