All children living with HIV in England who are seen for paediatric HIV care are monitored by CHARS until they transition to adult services.  Initial reports are made through the ISOSS paediatric reporting arm with long-term follow-up carried out by CHARS.

Quarterly reports are submitted for each child using the secure online portal.  Please use your existing ISOSS account to access the CHARS reporting forms to update case reports.
