Development opportunities for UCL staff in Change and Improvement

The Change and Improvement Team have created a series of development opportunities for UCL staff through the secondment scheme and the Accelerate to Leadership programme. Find out more about the team, the roles and how to apply here.

Welcome

Change and Improvement (C&I) is here to support the UCL community improve services for the benefit of students and staff.  Working within Change and Improvement at UCL puts you at the heart of the UCL community, supporting them to improve services for the benefit of students and staff

The team describe themselves as an enthusiastic, motivated, and engaged group who are supportive, collaborative and facilitate change.  They are made up of about 40 people, a mixture of substantive UCL staff, contractors and consultants and need a flexible pool of resources to meet demand and respond to specialised activities and initiatives.  

C&I have developed a series of secondment and Accelerate to Leadership opportunities for existing UCL staff.   The ambition being to bring people into the team who have a strong knowledge and experience of UCL systems and processes and want to develop their skills in improvement, change and delivery management.  The available opportunities are:
