CNR cancellation policy for paid programmes:

We are happy to discuss this with you further, but the following general principles apply:

  1. If you have registered and paid but do not attend, there will be no refund
  2. If you have registered and paid but cancel within 5 working days, there will be no refund
  3. If you cancel upto 5 working days before the event, we will do our best to offer a full refund (minus 10% administration charge)
  4. If you cannot attend, we are happy for someone else to use your registration if you let us know.
