"Top Tips" for living with a skeletal muscle channelopathy, supported by the National Brain Appeal

We are delighted the skeletal muscle channelopathy team have been awarded a small acorns grant by the National Brain Appeal to produce a patient information book - What is a skeletal muscle channelopathy? This will include "top tips" from those living with muscle channelopathies to help advise and guide each other, especially patients who are newly diagnosed.
We are very
grateful for the many tips and insights already received but if you have a
skeletal muscle channelopathy and would like to share practical advice for
