This programme is an initiative run by UCL Careers in consultation with the Students’ Union.
With advice from the Institute of Student Employers, we have put together a programme which aims to help students understand the competencies recruiters are looking for and how to sell the skills they develop through their academic study, work experience and extra-curricular activities.
The programme includes a varied mix of panel discussions, interactive workshops, one-to-one application/interview coaching plus mock assessment centres all delivered by you, the graduate recruiter.
Employers do not pay to take part but Recruiters’ Club members make a small financial contribution in return for priority booking of events and enhanced branding.
