Career Fairs

Our upcoming Careers Fairs are currently planned to be run completely virtually.

See below for details about our:

UCL China Careers Fair

The UCL China Careers Fair is a unique way for organisations based in China to engage with UCL students and alumni.
More than 11,000 students are from mainland China and are currently studying at undergraduate and postgraduate levels.
We would like to welcome you to exhibit your organisation at our online event taking place on Thurs 5th May, 10.00am-1pm (BST).
Our China Careers Fair facilitates engagement between our students across UCL and organisations across all industry sectors seeking to promote opportunities for graduate-level employment in China.

The event will be hosted on our careers service management system.

Employers will submit information for their booths and provide web links, normally Zoom or Microsoft Teams to their own video chats.
The standard booking cost is £350.00 + VAT and we offer generous discounts to registered charities and SMEs.
Please contact Pat at employers@ucl.ac.uk for instructions on how to book your place.

Jobs Market

Taking place as a hybrid event across two days on Tuesday 31st May 1.30pm – 4.30pm (In Person) and Wednesday 1 June 10.30am – 1.30pm (Virtual), the Jobs Market is aimed at students from all degree disciplines looking to secure summer internships or graduate roles for 2021, so you should expect to see a wide range of students.

Life & Health Sciences Virtual Careers Event
Monday 17 October 2022, 4pm - 7pm

The Life and Health Sciences Careers Event is a collaborative fair between three of the world's top universities UCL, Kings, and Imperial, as well as our research partner the Francis Crick Institute.

Raise the profile of your organisation directly with UCL, Imperial & Kings with our collaborative Life & Health Science Careers Event.
The event will be held in parallel with each institution, but you only need to build your stand once and this will be replicated across different instances. We would encourage you to add your social media and website to your stand.
Targeted at penultimate year students, finalists and postgraduates the event has also attracted a number of first years eager to explore the options available and build their networks. Attendees will expect to meet with representatives from human resources/graduate recruitment, alumni and business representatives.
The event will run from 4:00 to 7:00pm, allowing access for any students studying remotely to the East or West. Once booked you will be able to update your stand and make clear to students when you will be available.
Standard exhibitor stands will now be £300 + VAT, and discounted exhibitor stands will be £100 + VAT.
