Time to Talk Day is on 6 February. It's a campaign run by Mind and Rethink Mental Illness to encourage people to come together to talk about mental health, listen and change lives.

In this virtual session (via Teams) you will hear from employers and graduates about their own experiences of talking about mental health in the workplace and during recruitment, and how they've given and received support and adjustments related to mental health difficulties.

There will be plenty of time for Q&A at the event. If you would prefer to send in your question by email to be asked anonymously, please send it to Tessa Parsons.

Please note that this is part of a series of events run with other universities, so there will be students from other universities attending.

If you would like to discuss any adjustments that would help you get the most from this event please contact careers.disability@ucl.ac.uk as soon as possible and at least two working days before the event.
