The non-profit sector is facing unprecedented challenges, including the lasting impact of the COVID-19 pandemic. In this session, a panel of professionals and UCL graduates, working in the sector, will discuss their career paths, the current landscape in their organisation, as well as having an honest conversation about the realities of working in the non-profit sector, including how the sector has changed and adapted. Our speakers will share their ideas on what this means for students and graduates looking to enter the sector.

Each panellist will introduce themselves, followed by questions asked by the chair and then a chance for you to ask too.
