10 steps you can take now to find and secure your next role

1. Find opportunities on the myUCLCareers jobs board
The jobs board on myUCLCareers is the main job site that employers are encouraged to use when recruiting UCL students and recent graduates. Use filters, save searches and register to receive daily or weekly vacancy updates by email based on your preferences so you never miss a new posting.
2. Book a 20-minute career conversation
Not sure what’s next or how to get there? Our Careers Consultants are dedicated to seeing you succeed and are here to support you with tailored advice on your goals, whether you're just starting to explore options or fine-tuning your plan.
3. Get feedback on job applications
Already applying for roles? Book an Applications Advice appointment to get personalised feedback in order to make the strongest applications you can.
4. Practice with mock interviews
Whether you’ve got interviews lined up or want to get a head-start on developing your technique, try an interview coaching session to sharpen your skills and increase confidence before the real thing.
5. Grow your professional network
Explore ways of expanding your professional circle through networking with UCL alumni.
