Meet the Recruitment & Selection Advice Team
- Susanne Stoddart, Recruitment & Selection Advice Manager
Susanne’s Recruitment & Selection Advice team provide application support through one-to-one sessions and groupwork, as well as working with employers to carrying out labour market research. Susanne previously worked in employer engagement and events management for the Careers Service at Royal Holloway. She has also held positions as a lecturer in higher education and as an academic researcher. Susanne has a University of London PhD and she is a Fellow of the Higher Education Academy.
- Erin Bunker, Recruitment & Selection Advisor
Erin administers one-one advising for application support, hosts groupwork employability sessions and conducts graduate labour market research. Before joining the UCL team Erin worked in graduate recruitment in London, collaborating with clients and students to provide industry understanding and application advice. Erin obtained her master’s degree in Higher Education from Pennsylvania State University where she worked in various areas of student affairs.
- Victoria Abbott, Recruitment & Selection Advisor
Victoria provides personalised one-to-one advice on a whole variety of applications. She also leads small group employability sessions and delivers research into the graduate labour market. An Associate Fellow of the Higher Education Academy, Victoria has an interest in cultivating a pedagogy of care, creating spaces for safe, non-judgmental feedback, and embracing a more compassionate, mindful higher education experience for all.
Prior to working at UCL, Victoria worked in HR for Local Government, specialising in employment policy, recruitment, and immigration. Victoria is a UCL alumni (BA Ancient World), holds a Master’s in Law with Business and is an ICF trained career coach.
