"Thirty Years in Heathcare: Finding My Potential"

Professor Mohammed Al Maadheed is a UCL visiting professor in SLMS who in collaboration with UCL, has established a very successful non-resident postgraduate training programme and joint research.
Mohammed Al Maadheed, has over two decades of experience, both nationally and internationally, working with governments, NGOs and the private sector, in several heatlhcare and humanitarian fields. Former Vice-Chair of the Supreme Council of Health, he established Centres for Excellence in sports medicine, anti-doping testing and addiction treatment and rehabilition, all first of their kind in the region. Mohammed Al Maadheed is currently President of the Qatar Red Crescent Society and former Vice President of the International Federation of the Red Cross and Red Crescent.
