MSc Students at the UCL Art Museum
1 March 2016
In February our MSc students visited the UCL Art Museum to look at the historical paintings of Sir Charles Bell and how they relate to cardiac anatomy and current ablation therapy.
ICS academics Dr Andrew Cook and Dr Riyaz Patel and Art Museum Curator George Richards facilitated this hands-on session which let students observe the gross anatomy in Sir Charles Bell’s paintings and interpret them in relation to current therapies.
" Thank you for organising such a wonderful session at the museum this afternoon! It was truly fascinating!
This field trip to the Art Museum was thoroughly enjoyed by our students.
