IT Support

As ICS staff are located at different sites, IT support is provided by different teams.

ICS staff based at 1-19 Torrington Place should contact ics-itsupport@ucl.ac.uk, staff based at all other sites should contact central-itsupport@ucl.ac.uk

There is also the UCL ISD service helpdesk which are able to help with most issues

If you get logged out, or have forgotten your password, one of the ICS computer reps is able to issue you with a token to log-in to your account and change your password. Computer reps are Simon Galloway and Shah Chowdhury and we can be reached on 020 3108 2348.
