Dr John Marioni, European Bioinformatics Institute, UK presents: Using single-cell transcriptomics to study early development. Wednesday 9th December, 12pm

The seminar will be followed by mini-symposium on single cell RNA-seq analysis including topics:

• Technical approaches: single cell capture alternatives, handling non-suspension cells, whole-transcripts vs drop-seq
• Data analysis: Spike-ins, normalization approaches
• Biological analysis: DGE, spatial reconstructions, pseudo-timecourses
