The Hub is addressing the manufacturing, business and regulatory challenges to ensure that new targeted biological medicines can be developed quickly and manufactured at a cost affordable to society. We are tackling these challenges with a particular focus on two modalities: cell therapies and combination protein therapies, many of which are currently targeted to cancer patients. These two talks will present an overview of the above challenges, and also progress to date towards manufacturing and supply innovations for each modality.
