Are you a parent or carer? When you're caring for someone, it is really important to ensure that you look after yourself too. Join us for Carers Week where we welcome Dr Olajumoke Jummy Okoya a Senior Lecturer from the University of East London and Madiha Sajid the Chair of UCL’s Parents and Carers Together (PACT) Network to explore ways in which to support yourself and explore how to get great work/life balance and what UCL can do to support you.
 
Jummy is an International Consultant and Speaker on Organisational & leadership Development, Wellness & Resilience and positive psychology coaching. She is also a highly experienced Educator, Trainer and Researcher with more than 20 years’ experience.
 
Madiha is Chair of the PACT (Parents and Carers Together) Network at UCL. PACT is a social network that aims to support UCL staff members who are balancing ongoing caring responsibilities with work.
