Prostate cancer is the most common non-skin malignancy in men. Can we predict whether an individual case will be malignant and require aggressive treatment, or not? I discuss today how the three distinct genomes of a prostate cancer cell separately and jointly drive disease progression and offer strategies for personalized therapy in the context of spatial and temporal heterogeneity
