UCL Learning and Development

The Organisational Development team at UCL enables staff and students to thrive by offering a comprehensive set of training courses and leadership development programmes, facilitated by industry leading trainers, as well as online learning and bespoke activities. Includes core manadatory learning for all UCL staff.


UCL Arena professional development pathway for teaching 

UCL Arena is UCL's professional development pathway for teaching: a scheme of awards accredited by the Higher Education Academy giving teaching and support staff nationally recognised fellowships.

The Cancer Institute offers a range of training and development events and initiatives for staff and students, including:

  • Grants clinic
