Case study: Carers Fund

"Having two young children it is often difficult to find childcare to attend conferences outside of working hours. Childcare can also be extremely expensive.  I have been able to use the Carers Fund to pay for a childminder to look after my children, allowing me to attend the Lung Cancer Center of Excellence Winter Workshop in November 2018. The Carers fund is a really helpful initiative." Dr Nnenna Kanu
