Fill out the form below with your details and requirements. Requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Approval may take up to five business days however, complex or commercial requests may take up to six weeks.

If you are a UCL staff member or student, please consider using one of our many templates now available on our resources page before submitting a request.

‘UCL’, ‘University College London’ and the UCL artwork (including UCL200) are registered trademarks. By submitting a request to use UCL’s brand identity, you will be deemed to have accepted our terms and conditions.

Yes! UCL200-branded items are now available to buy in-store and online via The Hanger, the website run by Students' Union UCL.

You'll find UCL- and UCL200-branded Word documents, PowerPoint, report covers, posters and digital screen templates on our resources page. 

You can also access some in the templates section of Office365 online applications of Word and PowerPoint. Click ‘New’ then  ‘University College London’ tab.

In short, no. We’re doing everything we can to reduce waste and refresh our brand in a sustainable and environmentally responsible way. So if your project started before 2026, you don’t need to swap to our refreshed brand unless it is being replaced.

For instance, only update the logos on clothing and merchandise when ordering replacements.

You can download our social media profile image from Imagestore in two formats: round, for social media platforms like Facebook and Instagram, and square, for platforms like LinkedIn.
