Here you will find information about room bookings and porters at the Institute of Ophthalmology.

Room bookings

Staff without access to SchoolBooking need to make a booking request by submitting this form. Those with access can continue to book their rooms via Schoolbookings.

We also have two Microsoft Teams-enabled rooms for hybrid meetings at the IoO (1.39 and G4). Please note that both these rooms must be booked on Teams or Outlook.

Room booking policy

Porters

The porters are located in the main reception and can be reached by dialling 020 7608 6800 (or 0 internally). Porters on duty during opening hours are as follows:
Monday to Friday 07:00 - 18:00
Saturday and Sunday 09:00 - 13:00
