Support from local facilitators
A local facilitator supports your team, helping plan and deliver improvements, coordinate with stakeholders, and connect your CRT with the CORE study team.
The development process will be supported by a facilitator, who will have one session per week to support your team with its service improvement plans over a one year period. The facilitator will act as a link for each team with the CORE study team.
The Facilitator will try to work flexibly to be as useful as possible for your team. Their role can include:
- Supporting the CRT manager and others in communicating with senior operational management in seeking support or resources to help achieve specific planned service improvements or development.
- Supporting the team’s SIG with developing their CRT service improvement plan based on the fidelity review and understanding of local priorities
- Facilitating a scoping day to engage the team and other key stakeholders in service improvement activity
- Working with Focused Working Groups to develop plans to meet specific service improvement goals
- Developing plans to review or audit the impact of service improvement initiatives
- Delivering training or mentoring to CRT clinicians to develop positive practice within the CRT team
- Providing a link with the CORE study team to monitor progress over the 12 month study period
