The objectives of the Better Conversation Lab are to:
develop evidence-based training through investigating talk in health, social care and education settings
improve access to communication partner training underpinned by Conversation Analysis for people affected by communication difficulties
nurture a community of practice for health, social care and education professionals who aim to enable patients, clients and the public to have better conversations
