We are delighted to announce that two outstanding students from the UCL Division of Psychology and Language Sciences (PALS) have been shortlisted for this year’s UCL Transition Mentor Programme Awards:

Al-Haitham Miah (3rd Year Psychology), nominated for the Administrative Excellence Award – Senior Mentor
Saki Stait (Linguistics), nominated for the Senior Mentor of the Year

This year, the UCL Transition Team received a record-breaking number of nominations, highlighting the exceptional contributions of mentors across the university. A huge thank you to everyone who submitted nominations, helping to recognise the incredible impact of these dedicated individuals.

You’re warmly invited to the Transition Mentor Programme Celebration & Awards Evening to honour the contributions of all mentors and announce this year’s winners.

Date: Thursday 12 December 2024
Time: 5:30pm – 8:00pm
Location: Bidborough House, Ground Floor

Join us for a glass of bubbly (alcoholic or non-alcoholic!) at 5:30pm, followed by the awards ceremony from 6:00–7:00pm. The evening will conclude with festive drinks and a selection of sweet and savoury nibbles.
