During your whole career you've been involved in young ophthalmologists' programmes, you've been absolutely a great pioneer of bringing people along, looking forward and to the future of clinical academia allowing people to understand the wonders of research.

I think actually it's appropriate that they've supported a body of work for glaucoma. Glaucoma is still a disease which you can't repair, so as you slowly lose vision you can't win it back so we need to prevent it. And that's early detection or early identification of those at high risk.
