We have a green-packed programme of events, currently including:
- Chilli planting
- Re-opening of Chandler House garden
- Promoting the JogOn initiative to recycle trainers
- Spinning a green-themed -spiral wheel
- Book exchange
- Green-theme competitions and prizes
- Reception with vegan food and drink
We’ll also aim to update you all on the various PALS initiatives eg vegetarian catering; PALS No-Fly Zone; STOP PRESS – pull the plug on PLAS printing; the new Psychology of Climate Change module; and the 1st year poster competition on sustainability. During the day, the PALS plasma screens will show environment themed clips and information while the infamous green feet will be on display to encourage staff and students to use the stairs instead of lifts.
