UCL has a network of trained Dignity Advisors who provide a confidential information service to staff on issues relating to bullying, harassment, and sexual misconduct.
Abi has been at UCL since 2007. After working in various departments across the Faculty of Brain Sciences, she took up her current role of Lab Manager at the UCL Institute of Ophthalmology. She has now completed the full training for Dignity Advisors.
Abi said:
UCL should be a safe and inclusive environment for everyone. I wanted to be a Dignity Advisor so that I can further help anyone who may need to talk about bullying, harassment, sexual misconduct or discrimination issues.
