Increasing transparency about bullying harassment and sexual
misconduct at the UCL Institute of Ophthalmology (2025)
This is the first report outlining the actions our institute has undertaken to enhance transparency. Key highlights include, among other data, two important metrics:
- the number of individuals who have come forward to discuss concerns related to harassment and misconduct;
- the emphasis placed on these issues by the senior management within the institute.
