Recording and Live Streaming
Recording and/or live streaming of your meeting/event via Medical Illustration's dedicated and managed all-in-one device, from either 33LT or GLT.
Medical Illustration facilitates the recording and/or live streaming of your meeting/event in 33QS basement lecture theatre and Gilliatt lecture theatre using our dedicated all-in-one device. Recordings and/or live streaming is carried out seamlesly in the background of your event, and is setup and managed by Medical Illustration. We record and/or live stream the projected output from any media source, i.e. whatever is being projected, including audio from; microphones, UCL and UCLH computers, and connected laptops.
Recording:
Once we have confirmed and scheduled your recording, the process is all automated and is carried out in the background of your event. Post your event, we edit as required and produce an MPEG 4 video clip, or an audio only MP3, that we can send to you directly via a OneDrive download link. We can also upload content to the Instutite of Neurology YouTube channel (for which we manage). In most cases, we aim to send you a video clip within 3-5 working days.

Live Streaming:
All live streams are carried out via the Institute of Neurology YouTube channel. We don't stream to any other platforms or accounts due to the setup required to enable us to live stream. Once a live stream has been confirmed and scheduled via YouTube, we will send you the link which you can diseminate as you like. We require at least 24hrs notice to setup and carry out a live stream. A recording of your live stream can be edited post event if you wish to have a video clip produced (please refer to the recording section above for more information).
