AV Support
Medical Illustration maintains and supports service users within Queen Square lecture theatres and teaching spaces. AV support is available Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm.
Once you have confirmation of a booking, any future bookings already confirmed, or would simply like a refresher, we offer Queen Square staff or external service users a handover at least 24hrs prior to any lecture, meeting or event (timetable dependant). A handover takes no more than 15-20mins, all AV and health and safety aspects are covered, and any technical questions you may have can be discussed.
To book a handover, or for any questions, please email ion.medicalillustration@ucl.ac.uk and include your contact details, room you have booked, and date and time of your confirmed booking.
