Department of Imaging Neuroscience

Head of Department: Professor Martina Callaghan

The Department of Imaging Neuroscience includes staff located in the Leopold Muller Functional imaging laboratory (FIL) and the Max Planck UCL Centre for Computational Psychiatry and Ageing Research. Our research teams specialise in understanding how complex cognitive functions work, both normally and in patients with psychiatric and neurological conditions. As well as conducting scientific research we offer educational and training opportunities to support the development of imaging neuroscience and have an active public engagement agenda.
