The University College London Queen’s Square Brain Bank (UCL QSBB) Digital Pathology Resource (RRID:SCR_025020) contains digital whole slide images from Lewy body disorders: Parkinson’s Disease, Parkinson’s Disease with Dementia and Dementia with Lewy Bodies, and control cases. This Digital Pathology Resource in part is funded by Aligning Science Across Parkinson’s (ASAP 000478) through the Michael J. Fox Foundation for Parkinson’s Research (MJFF). To view the QSBB Digital Pathology Resource registration form must be completed. This Resource is available for viewing representative diagnostic slides, stained with Haematoxylin and Eosin, and immunostained for α-synuclein, amyloid-β, phosphorylated tau, TDP-43 and p62. Files of the digital slides or any associated frozen or formalin-fixed paraffin embedded tissues or clinical and pathology data are available upon approval of the research proposal by the QSBB material transfer agreement committee. The MTA forms for the application are available here.
