SILK Group
Stable Isotope Labeling Kinetics (SILK) is a method for quantitating protein and lipids turnover in human cell models and in vivo.
We use the SILK method to a) interrogate disease mechanisms and b) measure treatment responses across a range of neurodegenerative diseases, with a focus on early phase clinical trials.
