Our Impact

This technology platform offers our researchers cutting-edge imaging of cells and tissues, far beyond the power of standard microscopes and a range of advanced techniques, enabling detailed observation of cells and biological processes to help us gain insights into neurological diseases and potential treatments. For example, common techniques involve using fluorescent dyes to highlight specific cell components, revealing what is happening in real-time as diseases progress.

A dedicated team

A dedicated imaging team in place to support you including an image analysis specialist to support with downstream image processing.

Training

A range of training sessions on offer, including one-one one, ad hoc and group sessions

Centrally maintained equipment

Equipment maintained and serviced centrally and regularly upgraded or replaced to keep up with the latest technological developments.
