Our standard opening hours and any scheduled changes are listed below.

Standard opening hours:

As we may have to occasionally alter our opening hours at short notice, always check this page before travelling; any short-term changes will be listed below. 

Our core enquiry hours are Monday-Friday 09.00-17.00.

  • Monday - 09.00-19.00.
  • Tuesday - 09.00-19:00.
  • Wednesday - 09.00-19.00 (10.00-19.00 on the first Wednesday of each month).
  • Thursday - 09.00-19.00.
  • Friday - 09.00-19.00.
  • Saturday - Closed.
  • Sunday - Closed.

Changes to opening hours:

  • Tuesday 23 December 2025: 09:00-17:00;
  • Wednesday 24 December 2025 - Friday 2 January 2026: closed.
    Most UCL Libraries and study spaces will be closed from 5pm on 23 December, re-opening at 9am on Monday 5 January 2026. The Student Centre will remain open 24/7. Please see UCL Library Services website for further information.
