Graduate Open Events: Language Sciences at UCL information session

Explore two world-class programmes designed to deepen your understanding of language: 

MSc Language Sciences – Gain advanced knowledge of language structure, processing, and development, with the flexibility to specialise in areas such as neuroscience, speech and language therapy, or multilingualism. This programme combines cutting-edge research with practical applications for careers in academia, health, and technology. 

MA Linguistics – Develop expertise in the scientific study of language, from phonetics and syntax to semantics and pragmatics. Benefit from UCL’s renowned research environment and tailor your studies to your interests, preparing for roles in research, education, and beyond. During the session you'll get to hear from the programme Directorship from both programmes about their structures, modules, career outcomes and life as a student in the department, UCL and London more widely. 

We'll also have student ambassadors who are current students on the course in the session so you'll be able to pitch your questions to them and gain their valuable insights into why this is the course for you too.

When you go to the registration form, you'll need to go onto the 'Registration' tab and scroll down the various events and specifically click on the 'Language Sciences at UCL Information Session' event that is on Monday 26 January at 12-1pm (UK time).
